Does Rental Time Include Setup Time?
No. We arrive early and stay after to ensure you enjoy your full time to bounce!
How Long Is The Rental Period?
A full day, up to 8 hours. Our rental times are between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. If you need it outside our rental hours, contact us and we will see what we can work out!
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. We require a $100 deposit to secure your date.
Does The Price Include Setup & Delivery?
Yes! Additional travel fees may apply to areas 20+ miles outside the Huntsville/Madison area. Remember, price does not include sales tax.
What Surfaces Can Accommodate The Bounce House?
A flat level surface at least 16 ft x 16 ft is needed for the bounce house. Turf, grass, concrete, asphalt, and carpet are great surfaces. We can set up inside as long as space allows! No rock, dirt, or gravel will be permitted.
Will The Inflatable Be Clean?
Yes! We immediately clean, sanitize, and dry the inflatable after each use.
How Many Can Bounce At One Time?
Up to 800 lbs or up to 8 children can bounce at one time.
Do You Set Up At Parks?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, meaning that we can set up at parks and private venues. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house location. We also offer generator rental for a fee. Please check with the park ahead of time to see what insurance/licenses are required.
